The 153,000 sqm plot is located on corniche street, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Project Objective:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Increase the intensity of land uses, increase the diversity of uses, and integrating segregated uses.<\/li><li>Creating variety of choices for the users such as multiple types of retail or housing choices to accommodate all levels of income.<\/li><li>Creating a mixed-use building contains residential towers, hotel, administrative and commercial buildings.<\/li><li>The project mixes the elegance for the modern spaces and the dynamic skyline in order to achieve movability in the building.<\/li><li>The project mainly helps in increasing the density which helps in growing the communities with limited land space and create a vibrant space for people to
