Project Introduction:
- SEC take great pride in our ability to blend architectural excellence with interior design expertise to create homes that reflect the grace and grandeur of the past while meeting the needs of modern living. For that the interior and exterior of Al Shrouk Villa were designed in a classic style to keep pace with the taste of the customer.
Project Objective:
- Focus on the heritage of Classic Villas in El Shrouk. We aim to showcase the distinctive features and design elements that define this identity, as well as to immerse the client in the timeless beauty of Classic Villa Design.
- The reception, dining, and guest rooms are designed in a classic and luxurious way with various tones of beiges and creams to give it a classy and soft look.
- Combines both, Islamic and modern style creating a contemporary Arabic majlis. The modern details blend elegantly with the subtle Islamic elements, such as the complex geometry of arabesque work, Calligraphy painted walls, inviting furniture and modern patterned fabric which balances out the strict modern geometry of the interiors, and gives the design warm and inviting vibes.
- Exterior design of the luxurious villa executed in new classic style with all its distinguished details. Facade of the mansion decorated with elegant details and two symmetrical columns on the entrance.
