Project Introduction:

• • The aim of the project was to create a new destination at Maadi by designing a mixed-use complex that blends different activities and facilities such as; residential, food & beverage, entertainment, hotel and administrative building. The 153,000 sqm plot is located on corniche street, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Project Objective:

• • Increase the intensity of land uses, increase the diversity of uses, and integrating segregated uses.
  • Creating variety of choices for the users such as multiple types of retail or housing choices to accommodate all levels of income.
  • Creating a mixed-use building contains residential towers, hotel, administrative and commercial buildings.
  • The project mixes the elegance for the modern spaces and the dynamic skyline in order to achieve movability in the building.
  • The project mainly helps in increasing the density which helps in growing the communities with limited land space and create a vibrant space for people to enjoy.
